On September 23, 2020, Mediagrif, founded in 1996, became mdf commerce.

This new identity is the result of the company’s strategic plan to refocus its efforts in order to accelerate growth in the ecommerce and eprocurement sectors. With an integrated commerce technology solution combined under a single brand, mdf commerce enables its clients to achieve more ambitious results, faster. We empower the flow of commerce and accelerate transactions between buyers and sellers.

It should be noted that on May 17, 2024, mdf commerce announced the closing of a plan of arrangement involving the Company and an entity affiliated with funds managed by KKR, a leading global investment firm. This strategic partnership supports mdf commerce‘s ambition to grow into a leading digital commerce technology platform while improving its service offering to clients.
