Update on Ukraine

Hello,

We wanted to take this moment to acknowledge the terrible situation that people
in Ukraine are experiencing. Although the situation is fluid and unpredictable, it
goes without saying that our main priority is the safety of our employees and as
such, we are supporting them in any way we can as the situation evolves.

We also wanted to provide you with a quick update on how we have mitigated
any potential impact on our operations due to this terrible situation. Our team
based in Ukraine is relatively small, about a dozen in total. We had anticipated
potential disruptions and quickly put in place measures to ensure the continuity of
our operations and our ability to serve our clients.

We will continue to monitor the situation and will take appropriate measures to
support our team in Ukraine.
