COVID-19: Update on the situation at Mediagrif

We are here for you.

We want to reiterate our solidarity with all those on the front lines to limit the spread of the virus, and to voice our support to those who are experiencing the consequences of this pandemic. As the COVID-19 virus continues to impact the global community, we wish to inform you of the measures taken at Mediagrif and its subsidiaries to ensure the continuity of our operations, which have an impact on the business activities of our local and international clients.

Recently, several governments have issued guidelines to have all non-essential businesses close temporarily. Since businesses that can count on teleworking are encouraged to continue to operate and 100% of our employees are currently working from home, all our business lines remain operational.

We offer e-commerce solutions and are involved in the supply chain for clients in the food sector, pharmacies, health organizations and government entities, among other activities. Therefore, we are maintaining our activities’ service level and remain fully available to serve our clients and partners. We are aware that some of our partners will go through important changes in their operations because of economic instability: we will make all necessary efforts to support them through these challenging times.

It goes without saying that in the current context, the health and security of our employees, clients and partners is of paramount importance. This is why all of our employees are also complying with governmental directives with regards to travels abroad, hygiene and social distancing. We are relying on recommendations and information provided by government authorities, the World Health Organization (WHO) and Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in the United States to establish our health and security measures. We are closely monitoring official sources of information to make adjustments as needed.

This is an unprecedented time for everyone, and the situation is changing daily. We are committed to maintaining outstanding service and we thank our partners for their trust. We will continue to share updates as the situation evolves.
